What is Deep Drawn Stamping?

Cold formed sheet metal blanks are held flat by rings to prevent wrinkles and drawn into a die cavity by a punch. The cup is redrawn to achieve the finished shape and size in a sequence of separate operations simultaneously. A variety of regular, and irregular shapes can be achieved through deep draw stamping such as, cans, covers, cups, caps , eyelets, housings, pans, cylinders, and hemispheres.

Specializing in simple to very complex drawn parts having side holes, notches, forms and beads. These parts are manufactured for use in a range of industries that can be tiny eyelets uses as reinforcement to large enclosures that house industrial production equipment. We have achieved world class quality status honed from competing daily in the global industrial marketplace.

Your total satisfaction is our company-wide goal at pmf.
